Rejected petition Change the skate ramp in Elvetham Heath a proper skatepark.

The Skate ramp at Elvetham Heath is beginning to rot away and I feel this is effecting the riding community. We should have a place where we can ride. We shouldn’t have to ride only when the weather is good because the skate ramp is wet. If we had a skatepark we would be able to progress.
