Petition Remove compulsory lepto vaccine from dog breeding licence

The current legislation for the English breeding licence is that all breeding dogs must have an up to date lepto vaccine which the majority of breeders do not want to give, it’s not compulsory for dog owners and shouldn’t be compulsory for breeders, we should have free choice.
