Rejected petition Make the sale and use of glue traps for pest control illegal

Please sign this petition to ban the sale and use of inhumane glue traps in the UK. Glue traps are currently a legal way or trapping pests despite the fact they have been proven to cause unimaginable amounts of distress and suffering to the various animals caught in them.

Parts taken from the RSPCA - " Once the poor animal is stuck they begin to struggle to try and free themselves, and in doing so more parts of there body become stuck. In there increasing panic and desperation animals have been known to break bones and chew limbs off, after only a few hours animals have been found exhausted covered in thereown urine and faeces. Many die within 24 hours due to dehydration or even suffocation but many go on to suffer for long after if found alive they may just be dumped in the bin as a way of disposing if them. I urge you to take a look online at the overwhelming evidence that this is a completely inhumane practice that should be stopped.
