Petition Introduce a legal minimum and maximum working temperature for bus driver cabs.

Driver cabs in buses are often 5 degrees extra than external temperature. Currently drivers are driving in 38 degree cabs with no air con and no cold air, just warm air blowing into a glass and plastic cab. It is incredibly hard to concentrate on safe driving in these conditions.
