The right for businesses to turn away members of the public for wanting to use the toilet should be banned in this country. Many members of the pubic suffer from hidden disabilities and also it is a human necessity to be able to use a toilet without preference if paying or not.

People with hidden disabilities may also suffer from embarrassment and may not want to discuss their private health concerns.
