Rejected petition Cancel HS2 and invest the 100 Billion plus in the NHS

We want the government to scrap HS2 and re-appropriate the money to invest in the NHS.

More details

We want the government to scrap HS2 as saving 18 minutes on a journey between Birmingham and London is not worth over 100 Billion, plus the overall % of the population that will ever use this service will be minuscule. The current crisis puts into very clear perspective what is important and that is the health and well-being of citizens of the uk. We should invest the money in NHS & care services instead.
