Rejected petition Allow employees who have been made redundant have access to the JRS

Covid19 has impacted thousands of staff who recently got made redundant from the impact of covid19 want to change the job retention scheme to allow anyone who’s been made redundant to still have access whilst the scheme is still available to furloughed staff.

This has impacted too many people who were in secure jobs providing for families. Many of us have been made Homeless with no funds to Seek alternative accommodation at this difficult time. With no income or job it’s extremely difficult to rent. Also many are not entitled to any benefits.
