The ongoing debacle that is 'missing payments gate' had just gone to show what a mess the RBS and NatWest banks are.

This is not the first occasion of incompetence by the banks and paticularly this group that has resulted in putting the country in absolute termoil so it is surely now time for goverment to get in there and sort them out.

And please, please, please - do it soon, we all want our money!
