The current archaic system costs this country an absolute fortune and detracts from the benefits of having a full NHS service, while allowing some of them to become unhealthily wealthy at the taxpayers expense. Take primary care doctors on as fully contracted GP employees and provide a much improved primary care service by using them to establish treatment points which are representative of the needs of an area.
