Petition RAF helicopters to help clear M25 accidents

Please can we have one or two of the Royal Air Force’s Boeing Chinook (HC3?) helicopters on permanent 24/7 standby at Royal Air Force Northolt specifically tasked to aid the Highways Agency in rapid extraction of crash damaged vehicles off the M25 motorway to a nearby secure storage area. The helicopters could be fitted with high quality day & night image recording pods to capture video evidence of the scene. The M25 could then be re-opened within say an hour maximum of a non-fatal accident instead of the eternity it currently takes! Simples!
