I want the government to take action and put in place an 18+ age limit on all make up products

I want the government to take this action for the safety of all girls/boys. This will control underage drinking, fake identification, parents will also be at ease of their child's safety. Its concerning how many girls/boys are taking full advantage of make up products and getting away with the above.
