To provide better transport, PA support services and care for 16-18 year olds. Creating databases with a local authority and supporting social services working together as multidisciplinary teams of support.

With adequate care, PA services and transport this in turn helps support parents of SEN 16-18 yr olds who wish/need to return to education or work. Currently this facility is non existent for this age group.
The Rights to education, returning to work and adequate support is lacking within this age category.
