Rejected petition all animals in shelters to be kept alive and not killed!
when animals go into a shelter or RSPCA places, for them to be kept alive and possibly moved into a place where they are not killed

after a period of time of animals staying in a shelter they get killed as there is no where/space for them to be kept. but i believe that they should be kept alive. eventually find a place for them
