Most of these coats seem to be dark colours. Adding a reflective strip will make them easier to see and may save lives.","additional_details":"I saw an ambulance treating someone dressed in black who had been hit by a car. Nearby were high school students all in dark coloured winter coats. In the dark they were not easy to see.
