We think bans don't work, fines don't work, and unpaid work orders don't work. Remove their cars and we believe behaviour will change. Losing your car, your status symbol, will hurt. The more you can afford, the more expensive the car will be, so the pain will be relative but fair. Give the Police some real support and protect the
