Traffic builds up on the North bound side between the toll booths and the Wingfield Farm Roundabout. There are often queues. The admin side is inefficient, with the app either charging people twice for their journeys, or not at all, and that driver incurs a fine. This may happen to the same driver several times,  accumulating fines totalling £1500.
