We believe the current limit is too short and prevents many workers from seeking justice for issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, & unpaid wages.","additional_details":"People often cannot act in time due to lack of awareness, emotional distress, ongoing grievances, fear of retaliation, financial barriers. In other areas of law, serious cases can be brought years later, recognising that victims may not come forward immediately.
