This should include ensuring schools are transparent with parents about screen time in school. ","additional_details":"The government have provided new guidance with evidence to back the reduction of screen time for children aged 2-5 to 1 hour per day for parents. However, it has not considered the time spent on screens during the school day which can often exceed 1 hour. Educational or not it’s still screen time. The Government has said that evidence backs the guidance that children shouldn't use screens for more than 1 hour so why is this only for parents to follow and not schools.
