We think increasing the number of places with regulated providers could address systemic inequities and children in care will be better protected.","additional_details":"We believe that for many years, children placed in unregulated settings were largely “out of sight”, however recent reporting has highlighted both how children are unsupported when leaving care and how some children have been sent to placements where they have been subject to physical, sexual and emotional abuse, and neglect.
