Modern Satellite (PBN) navigation concentrates noise onto a single \"rail,\" which can inadvertently lead to ‘precision-targeting’ specific homes with 100% accuracy. This creates the equivalent to a clinical \"Course of Conduct\" that can aggravates severe health issues like Tinnitus & Anxiety. Because airports are immune from civil suits, residents have no legal redress for this.
