Failure to do so should be classified as a misleading commercial practice.","additional_details":"We believe a safe space claim is a promise that carries real weight for LGBTQ+ people, disabled people, women, and people from marginalised communities, who calculate whether a place is safe before walking in. Any business can make that claim, through signage, posters, websites, or marketing, without training a single member of staff. The public cannot always tell the difference as many people trust these signs.
