The Government's guidance on preventing bullying should reflect this.","additional_details":"We believe that schools often alienate bullying victims and the victim feels that they need to remove themselves from the setting/problem, but their learning suffers. The perpetrator is being rewarded for their bad behaviour and the victim is being victimised. This is wholly unfair and the victims learning is suffering.
