Restaurants can call food gluten-free while there is still a high risk of contamination. On top of that, gluten-free food is so expensive. Coeliacs have to pay on average an extra 35% a year for gluten-free food. That’s unfair because the disease isn’t a choice. This lifestyle isn’t a choice, but why are we being punished in price?
