Equally missing is how omega-6/omega-3 imbalance can disrupt ECS signalling fuelling chronic inflammation and disease. We call on the Government to review the science curriculum and make ECS biology and omega balance required topics at GCSE and A-level, with exam boards updating specs and teacher training.
