We feel this unfairly punishes innocent victims of ASB, as it can trap homeowners facing noise, drug activity, or intimidation. This may force them to either stay in an unsafe area or slash their property price due to forced disclosure. Perpetrators face no financial penalty, while victims suffer financial loss. The government should create an \"Innocent Seller\" exemption.
