Yet, we feel MPs face no equivalent mandatory training or annual CPD once elected. Anyone should be free to stand for Parliament. Our proposal is about what happens afterwards.\r\n\r\nAt a time of low public trust, we believe MPs should show they understand their responsibilities and keep developing the skills needed to serve the public.
