This could financially discourage EU-based UK citizens from studying in the UK. Often, one or both parents have paid into the UK tax system.","additional_details":"I am one of many bi-national families living in Europe and I am thinking about our childrens' futures. I feel it is unfair that UK citizens living in the EU shouldn’t have the same opportunity to send their children to UK universities, as those living in the UK. \r\n \r\nOften, families are in the EU because one, or both parents are on temporary relocation (3-5 years or more).
