Members of the public may be able to recognise a child or provide vital information, but many people may never know they are missing. Emergency alerts could quickly reach people nearby, giving more people the chance to spot a child and contact police. Existing emergency alerts already show this technology can reach people quickly. I believe missing children deserve the same urgency.
