With the introduction of carbohydrates on menus diabetics could eat out safer and without the stress of guessing carbohydrates. Each restaurant portions are different therefore making calculating carbohydrates more difficult and riskier, therefore causing blood sugars to go high or low which has serious affect on diabetics health.
