Children with EHCPs are some of the most vulnerable children in society and deserve the necessary and adequate protections to transport them to and from school on a daily basis.","additional_details":"This could enhance children's welfare and offer an extra layer of protection for safeguarding children.\r\n \r\nWe have cameras on trains, trams, buses and at bus stations, train stations and tram stations.
