We call on the Government to extend this duty to smaller employers, with practical support and guidance so that it is achievable for them.","additional_details":"Women working for smaller organisations will have no menopause action plan, no published support, leaving a void of structured support to turn to.\r\nWomen have left jobs because of a lack of support at work.
