This means consequences can vary between schools, and in our view, many persistent bullies face minimal repercussions while victims continue to suffer. We believe there must be a unified, strict national standard across all schools to protect children. We are concerned that it is often the victim that has to move classes or move schools, whilst the bullies get to stay where they are, with their friends.
