Without doubt the t.v licence fee is value for money, HOWEVER i believe the licence fee should be made optional if you want to recieve the bbc as a tv channel or not. I would petition that in a democratic society where free choice and will is paramount we should not have to automatically pay for a fee to go to the bbc without choice.
