Allow & encourage the armed forces to take over failing schools and create new academies to instil discipline and give a career path directly into the military for those who wish to continue with a career

Many of the kids involved in the riot have no boundaries, have very little in parental control and have no father figures, when the short sharp shock was started in the 1980’s , the then government was astonished that the young people actually enjoyed the structure and discipline because they respected the instructors as they had been in action. If an Afghan veteran told a young boy to do something, I think it much more likely than a liberal leftie teacher who does not believe in discipline.
