Rejected petition Unemployed benefit claimants to asssist in clearing public areas in time of snow

During the adverse weather conditions experienced over the course of the past few years, I propose that able bodied unemployed benefit claimants to help and assist in the clearing of snow/ice etc from public areas that are effected. This will help to keep Britain's transport infrastructure moving, reduce the number of hazards experienced in pedestrianised areas and it will also help to build a sense of community spirit.
