New drivers recieve quotes of £4000 plus for just £400 cars. This means that they expect you to write off the car 10 times in your first year alone. Anyone that dangerous should NOT be allowed to drive.

The government should create a new policy where anyone who pays this sort of money gets about 75-80% back if they dont have a claim
