Rejected petition Community Punishment for Rioters

Community Punishment consists of giving rioters, who have not commited physical injuries to another person, a scrubbing brushes, weeding tools, brushes and rubbish bags to cleaning up the area they have destroyed to the satisfaction of the local law abiding citizen, however long that takes.

Then they should be put through a primary education, once they have proved they are sorry for their offence,.
to show them the resposibilities of being a British citizen involving all levels of the community in their area they live.
