Everyone convicted of an offence connected with the recent riots, irrespective of age, should be electronically tagged and subject to a dusk to dawn curfew. This (tagging) should apply for a period of not less than 6 months and, in the case of individuals given a custodial sentence, it should apply from the date of their release.
