We would like the Government to discourage UK and EU firms from trading with firms causing dangerous pollution.

For example, Ukraine Environmental Minister, Victor Boyko, (in 2010)

"The Ministry of Environment supports public concern in the city Zaporozhye about industrial air pollution .. which account for approximately 90% of emissions from the total for the whole city.
