Awards for the civilians who have worked to maintain the peace over the last week, maybe named after those who lost their lives in the last week of street tragedies. EG the old lady who stood up to the crowd, the social workers( one seen on tv) who were trying to stop confrontations on the street, the gentlemen who calmed things down so eloquently in the Midlands.
