Petition Change the class of a moped to 40mph instead of 30mph

A moped is classed as a bike than can not go more than 30mph, I believe this to be a dangerous speed to be limited to. When riding down road that has a mph of anything over 30 a lot of vehicles drive really close to the back of the bike, in some cases over taking so close it can almost knock you off
