Due to the many deaths and injuries on our roads by bad driving and the silly small fines they get handed down does nothing.
The base mark for all fines should start at around £100 or more, figures show the penalty for using mobile phones does nothing as it is on the increase which causes accidents

Police forces say the same on mobile phones on the increase.

Accidents not only cause death and injuries but add millions of pounds to all the Emergency services costs.

Fines should be there to deter and not a slam on the hand to do the same again, common sense to get through to the idiots.
