When young people say there is no future. Start National Service..
At the age of 16 if a person has no job within 6 months of leaving school or no going on to further education then they should be called up. Given education, an appentaship. Paid a mininum wage a portin is taken for food and accomadation. When they are 18 they have the choice of continuing in the forces or leaving.
They will have a skill
They will be discaplined
They will have respect for aurthority
They will be contributing to the country
They will have a future
The cost should outway the cost to our socity
It will be better than the gangs, to frustrations that come with the breakdown of families
