All rioters and criminals (Burglars, muggers, car criminals, rioters, cycle thieves etc.) who have been found guilty of such offences will automatically forfeit all rights the benefits of public money, goods and housing. There is no need for decent people to pay towards the keep of these people who are obviously parasites on decent society.
