This is a petition opposing the release of one of Baby P's killers...the brother of Baby P's step-father...this Friday, 05th August 2011, but most of all it's an OPPOSITION of the plastic surgery and new identity he is going to receive to PROTECT HIM!!! This is an outrage and should be stopped IMMEDIATELY!!!
