Closed Control/Moderation of Facebook

My 14 year old grand-daughter has recently been the subject of a particularly sustained vicious and vitriolic cyber bullying attack via Facebook, who did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation.

In view of this I would propse that some sort of obligation (Code of Conduct) be introduced by the Government to force Facebook to take the appropriate action when such cases are reported, e.g. immediately suspend the cyber bullies account, review the situation. If the case is "proven" then relevant account be deleted. If not proven then it could be re-instated after the review.
