Rejected petition Force young convicted rioters to complete 12 months community service

For those under the age of 18 who may not necessarily qualify for benefits, but are convicted of participation in the riots enforce them to complete 12 months (minimum) community service i.e, working for road repairers, cleaning the motor ways of rubbish, or removing graffiti in their spare time after school/college/university and at weekends.

Also publish their names on a government website whilst they are undertaking community service. Prospective employers and neighbours have a right to know whether these 'kids' have criminal/anti-social tendencies.
