Petition Everyone learning to drive should have to attend a first aid course.

I am a full time paramedic and often have to attend RTA's where people are injured. If everyone who drove had to pass and maintain a first aid certificate, even a one day course, then anyone involved in an RTA could offer first aid to an injured person.
