Any persons convicted of criminal acts during the current London riots who are NOT on benefits, should have their council tax doubled. These people should be made to pay back to society what they committed to destroy. The money should go directly to businesses that have been destroyed and will struggle to survive or reopen. For example the furniture store in Croydon.
