Traveling from York to blackpool with my mobility scooter booked tickets and the ramp in advance told them it was a scooter was fine till blackpool was greeted an told I wasn't aloud to travel with my scooter and may have trouble going bk I did I was rudely approached by staff saying I can't travel

After some arguments I was aloud to travel but told my partner had to lift my scooter on and of with no help this needs to change as more and more people use scooters
